C. Downloading new elements

When you click on the Download new elements button, a window will open to the Media Art website where the new templates appear for you to put on your computer. Anything you download will be saved under Readyforms.

The Internet window you have pulled up will have three parts: a list of new templates, a preview of the new templates, and a list of the templates you pick to be on your computer.

Using the list of templates

• When this window opens, you'll see a list of categories. Click on the plus sign next to the name of the category and the computer will search for new templates in that category for you. If there aren't any new templates, a message will pop up telling you.
• To put a preview of the new templates on your computer, hold down Ctrl and double click on the template's name.
• To put previews of all the templates in a certain category, hold down Ctrl and double click on the category's name.
• To put a template on your download list, double click on the template's name.
• To put all of the templates in a category on your download list, double click on the category's name.

Downloading preview templates

In the window opened to download templates is a box that has previews of the new templates in it. If you have put the template on the list of templates to download, there will be a mark in the upper right corner. To download a preview of the template, hold down Ctrl and double click the box in front of the template's name. To take it off of the list of things you want to add to your computer, find the templates to download list and double click on the box before the template's name that you don't want to download.

This list shows which templates you have picked to put on your computer.

• To delete a template from this list, double click on the template's name.
• To start downloading (putting the templates on your computer), press Download.
• To stop downloading, press Stop.
